Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the revisit intention to medical battalion.

Methods: This descriptive study was conducted to 297 Republic of Korea Army soldiers who visited 10 medical battalions for outpatient service. Data were collected from September to October 2019 using the structured questionnaires.

Results: The multivariate linear regression analyses showed that favorable attitude of peer or commander for visiting medical battalion; having no drug adverse effect; easy access to safety equipment such as fire extinguisher; longer doctor¡¯s consultation time; facilities and environmental services; and satisfaction for overall outpatient services were highly positively correlated with revisit intention to medical battalion. These factors accounted for 76% of revisit intention to medical battalion.

Conclusion: This study identified the importance of patient's experience on revisit intention to medical battalion. The policy to improve the quality of military health care should be established to meet the needs and expectations of the soldiers.
